You’ll be seeing a number of immediate improvements. For starters, you’ll observe a fresh new coat of paint for the entire resort exterior and new metal roofing on all buildings except for the Villas (formerly Pelican Marina Residences). We’ll also be procuring new amenities for guest rooms, including dishes, glasses, flatware, cooking sets, small appliances, linens, towels and more.
